Robinsons open weekend. The club will be doing the BBQ for the weekends event, any volunteer helpers would be appreciated.

Sat 24th May 2008 - Mon 26th May 2008: Sellindge Steam Fair
Despite initial worries, this is on again this year. Come along and show your bike (old or new) and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with Beer and BBQ all day. Camping is available from Friday night,23 May.

Sun 1st Jun 2008: The Great Bucket & Spade Run
Over 500 vintage and classic vehicles leaving Chatham at 10.30am arriving at Margate at approx 1.00pm

Sat 7th Jun 2008: Ride Out for spinal research
Ride out to Le Touquet! The charity Spinal Research and the Big Trail Bike Club are organising a ride out to Le Touquet to raise funds for research to beat paralysis. Join them for a fantastic day trip to France. Tickets cost £50 per bike and include your Eurotunnel return ticket (a pillion can be taken at no extra cost). The ride out will meet at the Eurotunnel at between 8.30-9.30am and return early evening. Contact Dave B for more information and book your ticket, we already have about 6 bikes going.

A new event for the club, more details to follow. Camping is available from 6 June.

All things British, classic and modern, congregate at the Wagon and Horses car park (TN27 0NR for directions). If you can help with marshalling please can you let Dave B know as all hands are welcome.

Sun 22nd Jun 2008: Ace Cafe Run
Join DDMCC for the run to the famous London cafe. It is 'Gixer Sunday'. More details to follow.

Sat 28th Jun 2008: Folkestone Bike Show
We have been invited to show our "iron" at the Folkestone Harbour Board event. More details to follow.

Sat 5th Jul 2008 - Sun 6th Jul 2008: The Loft
We are now trying to arrange this for a 2 night stay over the first weekend in July. Please let me know if you are interested (if you haven't done already)

We will be joining Laguna's for this weekend camping in Sussex. A small payment will be required for BBQ and breakfast and a ride-out will be arranged.

Another opportunity to show your pride and joy. Camping is available if required.

Sat 9th Aug 2008: Summer BBQ
Our annual BBQ, venue TBC (when we can talk somebody into it). Bring along a raffle prize if you can. This event will be sponsored by the club funds. Further details to follow.
